These terms cover any booking made with Ider Experience. By making a booking, you accept them.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have received the 30% deposit. You pay the balance on arrival.

Payment

You pay the deposit by bank transfer or card, and the balance on arrival by card or in cash. Prices are in euros.

Behaviour at the camp

We're a small place. We expect respect for the property, the team, the local community, and other guests. The camp is a no-drugs environment. Excessive disruption is grounds for ending a stay without refund.

Liability

Surfing carries risks. By taking part, you accept them. We carry public liability insurance. Travel insurance is your responsibility, and we strongly recommend it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version applies to all new bookings.

Governing law

Moroccan law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Agadir.
