Cancellation policy

We aim to be flexible. Plans change.

Free cancellation window

Cancelling up to 30 days before arrival is free, and we refund your deposit in full.

Within 30 days

The 30% deposit becomes non-refundable, but you can still transfer it. You can:

  • Move your booking to another date within 12 months.
  • Transfer the booking to another guest, free of charge.
  • Turn it into a credit for any future booking.

Within 7 days

If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the deposit is neither refundable nor transferable. You don't owe the balance unless you cancel within 48 hours of arrival.

No-show

If you don't show up, or cancel within 48 hours of arrival, the full booking amount is due. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Force majeure

If border closures, government restrictions or similar events outside your control stop your trip, we give you a credit for the full amount, valid for 24 months. No questions asked.
